Indian mounds are very fascinating to me. People are not really sure why they make them, but they always find Native American goods in the mounds, such as arrows and other neat stuff. I think the Indian mounds were maybe used for burial or ritual purposes. Maybe the indian mounds tell a story of someone past. Maybe in a burial instance they would bury things the person liked with the body. There are many famous mounds in the world. My favourite is the one shaped as a snake. My dad is very much interested in indian mounds so we he takes the family to look at all these interesting indian mounds. I went to one, and it was huge. It was like a mountain. Indian Mounds seem to be a very important factor in learning Native American culture.
